Return Policy & Disclaimers

Return Policy

All items are final sale and cannot be returned once received. These are all handmade pieces, they are not mass produced, and as such may have small “imperfections” which are a characteristic of handmade art. Inherent characteristics may include, but are not limited to: reasonable variations in coloring from what is depicted online, shade and color variations within the piece, reasonably small scuffs or scratches on the surface finish of the finished piece as well as the frames, tiny air pockets, dust, or bubbles in enamels and poured mediums etc.

We make our best effort to provide as close to perfect of a piece as possible. If for some reason you feel there is an excessive amount of imperfections, please reach out to art@makssimone.com for assistance.

Our goal is to ensure everyone is happy with their art! We do not issue credits or refunds, but are happy to replace a piece, after a return authorization is provided, and once the original is returned. Disassembling or altering the artwork in any way voids any return authorization or replacement of any kind.

Receipt of Damaged Goods

When you receive your order, please check it over immediately upon receipt. If something is missing or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the matter with both you and the carrier. Any claims filed for damages or perceived imperfections after 48 hours of receipt will not be processed. We kindly ask that you provide photos and/or video of the damages so we can file a proper freight claim with the carrier and assess the artwork. We do our best to package these items securely and have shipped worldwide without any issues. We are confident your shipment will arrive safely to avoid such claims, however we know accidents can happen.
